Middle Eastern History

I am firmly convinced of the following:

1. God has a plan for the nation of Israel
   
2. God promised land to the nation of Israel
   
3. God is sovereign and will work out His plan for His people in His perfect timing
   
4. The 2nd coming of Christ and the national redemption of Israel are future realites.
   

For an ancient history of Israel, a study of the Old Testament is required.
