While I still have a XP Thinkpad, I've been using a HP Vista workstation for most of my work. Until I saw this tip today, I did not know how to do this in Vista.

Two ways:

1. CTRL + SHIFT + ESC
   
2. Right click on the system tray and select Task Manager
