Mattoon Farm Sale Poster - July 7th, 1956



My wife's brother found this poster in his basement. For the farm auction of Kathee's parents' farm from July 7th, 1956. We had a professional photographer take photos of the poster this morning. The poster size is 18" x 24". The top photo is unedited ... the bottom edited to clean it up a bit.

    Corporate farming has in large part taken out the smaller, family-run farms. These people were wise to get out when they could.
