Kathee's White Chili recipe



Ingredients:


2 (4oz) cans Green Chilies
3 (15oz) cansGreat Northern Beans (drained)
1 lbCooked Chicken Breast (cubed)
1 cupYellow Onion (chopped)
1/2 teaspoon (TSP)Garlic Powder
2 TSPCumin
1/2 TSPSalt
1/2 TSPOregano
3 1/2 cupsChicken Broth
Sour Cream
flour tortillas or tortilla chips
Shredded Monterey Jack or Pepper Jack cheese


Combine all ingredients except last three in a crock pot or stock pot on a stove. In crock pot cook for 8-10 hours on low or 4-5 hours on high. Or on the stove cook for 1 hour.


Serve with sour cream, tortillas / chips, and top with cheese


For a lower calorie meal, skip the sour cream, chips, and cheese
