If you've been thinking of online services such as Google Docs as a possible replacement for a desktop-based office suite, you're likely to be disappointed by even the best of these services. But if you understand that an online service provides a quick, efficient, available-anywhere way to create, edit, and share small to medium-size documents, you'll be as impressed as I am with the way Google does things. Among online document-creation services, Google Docs is an obvious Editors' Choice.
