When my boys (now both in 30's) were in late teens, they did some really stupid things (like lighting a fire on the driveway) that definitely made the neighbors wonder about us.
ReplyDeleteMy wife and I were talking yesterday about why there are 3 homes for sale after nothing being for sale for a number of years. Our take is that the owners were smart enough to know NOT to list their properties in a bad market.
ReplyDeleteOur neighborhood has 69 homes total. Currently 3 are on the market
#2; my thought is that if your neighbors don't wonder about the sanity of your kids, that's when you ought to get worried. :^)
