AM message on the plagues of Egypt
Key principle:
Isaiah 42:8, "I am the LORD, that is My name;
And My glory I will not give to another,
Nor My praise to carved images. "
He had interesting thoughts on Pharaoh harding his heart and God harding Pharoah's heart. "harden" in Exodus. The point is that through moral choices of rejecting God's messenger, that Pharaoh initiated the hardening process!
He also said that people who have hardened hearts make "stupid" decisions. He illustrated this by Pharoah's decision to pursue Israel through the miracle parted waters of the Red Sea.
Dr Bookman believes from his study that Amenhotep was the Pharaoh of Exodus.
