Excitement at 100 Washington

Before I arrived at work today, a deranged individual (someone said a teenager) entered the building, went to the 22nd floor and started a fire in the elevator lobby. The fire department arrived to put out the fire and the police arrived to arrest the young man. The building was evacuated.

By the time I arrived shortly after 8, things were back to normal.

I understand that all this took place at about 7 a.m.
