Apple has a history of "gags" if you will. But were they totally a gag, or did they have some kind of agenda behind them? For example, the first computers cost $666. And why the name "Apple" anyway? Was it a jab at religion by saying that your eyes will be opened by using new technology? Some people have thought the name was a slightly witty way of being sarcastic towards religion.
