Comment: Up the street and around the corner in my neighborhood. I'm hearing that home prices have recovered to 2008 levels and this is evidence of that.

    Home prices around here (greater Chicago area) sure aren't anywhere close to 2008 levels. We bought our house in 2011; it had previously been purchased in 2008 for $100,000 more than Zillow estimates now.

    Off the market. Checking Hennepin CO property tax site, there is no indication that it sold. However the HC property tax site that has sale information is often delayed: hypothetically it may have sold and has not closed. Or has closed but recording has not been finalized and reflected on the county website
