Office 2011 for the Mac
Microsoft announces Office for Mac 2011
Excerpt:
Microsoft provided the most extensive look yet into the next version of the Mac version of its popular Office suite on Thursday at Macworld 2010. The new product, Microsoft Office for Mac 2011, will arrive in time for the 2010 holiday season.
Comment: One thing nice about Office on the Mac is the favorable pricing: "Microsoft Office for Mac Home and Student 2011 includes the Word word-processing, PowerPoint presentation, Excel spreadsheet, and Messenger IM applications. It will cost $119 for a single license and $149 for a family pack that allows for installs on three Macs." Looks like you have to get the business edition to get Outlook. Outlook replaces Entourage (which my wife uses).
Today I ordered a new MacBook pro. Hopefully will be here by Saturday. I'm gifting my 3 year old MacBook to one of my sons
