Four ways to fix a broken legal system

The land of the free has become a legal minefield, says Philip K. Howard -- especially for teachers and doctors, whose work has been paralyzed by fear of suits. What's the answer? A lawyer himself, Howard has four propositions for simplifying US law.

  1. I think the problem is too many people not obeying a group leader and going off on their own. In a church, for example, I think Sunday School, Small Church, Small Group, or whatever term you chose to use, should be eliminated. We don't need to have diverse groups meeting and discussing on their own. We need one strong leader and that's all.......I sure am glad I get these great ideas from another really cool website (which shall not be named)!

  2. JP, ok, I admit it. I was being sarcastic again. Sometimes I see threads and arguments over at another nameless site that are so inane and insane that it makes me wonder if there's ANYTHING people won't find a problem with. I was just reacting to a topic of how "bad" (small groups/Sunday School/whatever the term you use) are in a church......This reminds me why I'm glad I'm not a member at such boards. The insipid things people chose to argue over seem to be endless.........

Ok, you can delete my comments now if you think I'm offending anyone and they'll find out about this site and that I'm being sarcastic again.

  3. JP, I see you didn't delete my comments. That's ok. I just hope that people realize I'm having fun and don't mean to be mean.
