Boy, Jim, lots of your neighbors are moving.....this wouldn't have anything to do with your Thursday night heavy metal concerts at your house, would it? :^)
When my boys (now both in 30's) were in late teens, they did some really stupid things (like lighting a fire on the driveway) that definitely made the neighbors wonder about us.
My wife and I were talking yesterday about why there are 3 homes for sale after nothing being for sale for a number of years. Our take is that the owners were smart enough to know NOT to list their properties in a bad market.
Our neighborhood has 69 homes total. Currently 3 are on the market

#2; my thought is that if your neighbors don't wonder about the sanity of your kids, that's when you ought to get worried. :^)
