Of course it only got to about 30 degrees in the morning, but then again, close to summer it would be 110 walking home.Daniel Stahlhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/13929486581075009512noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-26981669.post-79269562961697101752010-09-07T12:13:13.903-05:002010-09-07T12:13:13.903-05:00I have something really really annoying in my neig...I have something really really annoying in my neighborhood. A parent drives his kid to the bus stop (the absolute farthest this can be is 500'). The kid waits in the car for the bus to arrive. This morning it was raining so I get that! I also get it when it is let's say (20 degree or less). But this is all the time! AND the driver parks the car right by the stop sign (not 10' back or 30' back ... but pulled up as far as the car can get without being in the intersection.Jim Peethttps://www.blogger.com/profile/07649414726939918803noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-26981669.post-3062814787230849782010-09-07T11:27:18.363-05:002010-09-07T11:27:18.363-05:00My kids walk to school.....about 50 feet downstair...My kids walk to school.....about 50 feet downstairs from breakfast! :^)Bike Bubbahttps://www.blogger.com/profile/08193546045614393425noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-26981669.post-79044298679732094982010-09-07T11:15:24.591-05:002010-09-07T11:15:24.591-05:00For Elementary School, I walked or rode my bike .5...For Elementary School, I walked or rode my bike .5 mile.
